Early Pay offers immediate credit of your direct deposit to your account up to two days early depending on your depositor’s timing and submission of the deposits into our Automatic Clearing House (ACH).

No, all members with a direct deposit to a DCCU account will automatically receive the benefit of Early Pay. 

Step 1: Complete a Direct Deposit form. Your Account Number and DCCU's Routing Number can be found in Online Banking or on the Mobile App. After logging into Online Banking select your account nickname in the accounts list, then click Details and you will find the Account Number and Routing Number fields in the information panel. From the Mobile App, tap Accounts select your account nickname in the account list, then click Details you will find the Account Number and Routing Number fields in the information panel.

Step 2: Provide the information on the completed form to the company or agency that pays you. Your depositor may ask you to complete their own form in order to process your request.

 

Step 3: Monitor your account. It may take one or two pay or benefit periods before Direct Deposit goes into effect.

DCCU cannot guarantee you will always receive your direct deposit(s) up to two days early. It depends on when we receive notification from your depositor. It is important that you review your account and make sure your funds have posted before conducting transactions against those funds.

Signing up for account alerts using Mobile or Online Banking will notify you when a direct deposit is available in your account. Choose how you want to receive alerts — email, text message, or push notification to your phone. You can change your preferences anytime.

Set alerts for important account notices that you'd like to receive via email or text. We will alert you of the following, based on your selected preferences: 

  • Daily balance summary
  • Balance changes 
  • Transaction alert 
  • Loan payment reminders 
  • Selected check clears 
  • Login alerts

To manage your alerts, simply log into Online Banking by clicking the green button at the top of the page, click on the three dots, select "Alerts", and select the alerts you wish to receive. 

This depends on how the funds are sent to your account by the depositor. Typically your paycheck, tax return, investment income, retirement income, pension, government benefits, social security, and SSI or disability payments can be sent as a direct deposit. 

Early Pay is a free service made available on eligible DuPont Community Credit Union accounts and is not guaranteed. Early access is based on timely deposit activity by the depositor. Early access to direct deposit will not occur on weekends or holidays.
