While working for a large investment firm in Houston, he obtained a multitude of investment and insurance credentials. After two years, he sought a company where he could focus more on building personal relationships and helping individuals with their financial needs. Since 2008, Ben has been servicing Member Investment Services' clients, and he obtained CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM Professional designation in 2013.

Josh has been part of the financial industry for his entire life, as he was raised in a family of accountants and financial planners. Josh was born and grew up in Staunton, Virginia. He graduated from Grace Christian High School. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University. He began his career as an Engineer for Dominion Virginia Power. Being passionate about helping others, Josh made a career change. Josh is excited about being a part of the Member Investment Services team and personally interacting with members and helping them pursue their financial and investing needs.

Ross was born in Staunton and grew up in the Verona area, graduating from Fort Defiance High School. He later attended James Madison University to study accounting, earning his Bachelor’s degree. Being passionate about helping people with their finances, he decided to go into the financial planning industry. Ross worked for a large investment services firm in Staunton for four years. Ross is excited to get to know and start building relationships with DCCU members.

April is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. She now resides in Waynesboro with her husband, Michael, and their three sons. April has been in the financial industry since 2001 and began her career with DuPont Community Credit Union two years later. She joined the Member Investment Services team in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant.

After moving to Virginia from Florida in 2003, Stephanie joined the Member Investment Services team as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining the MIS team, Stephanie worked as an Administrative Assistant to the President of Ocwen Financial Corporation.
