Managing Your Accounts Remotely

As we monitor COVID-19 developments we are committed to providing you with uninterrupted access to our financial services. DCCU's Online Banking and Mobile App are two convenient options that provide 24/7 access to your finances. Here are a few things to consider when managing your accounts remotely:

  • Make sure all of your contact information is up-to-date so that we can easily get in touch with you. Contact information includes your current mailing address, email address, and phone numbers. If you have multiple accounts, you will likely have to update your contact information on each account. Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App, or give us a call to verify or updated your information.
  • Ensure your home computers and devices have updated software and apps. DCCU's online systems support the latest two versions of web browsers. If you are using older operating systems or browsers, you may not have access to all features within Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Register for digital notifications like eStatements and Card Alerts for better security, real-time updates, and fraud notifications.
