Contest Rules

The LiveTeller Contest is conducted in the United States and will begin with transactions completed through LiveTeller from 8:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, October 1, 2026, to 7:00 pm ET on Thursday, December 31, 2026. The Contest is organized by DuPont Community Credit Union, P.O. Box 1365, Waynesboro, VA 22980 (in this document named as DuPont Community Credit Union or Sponsor). Contest rules have been set by DuPont Community Credit Union and all decisions to conduct this Contest are final and mandatory to all participants in this Contest.

1. The Contest Period will begin with transactions completed through the LiveTeller service from 8:00 am ET on Thursday, October 1, 2026, to 7:00 pm ET on Thursday, December 31, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. 
2. Eligibility – To participate in the Contest and be eligible to win the prize, you must complete a LiveTeller transaction at one of DCCU’s ATM locations. LiveTeller is accessible from the ATMs at all DCCU locations Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm ET and Saturday’s 9:00 am to 12:00 pm ET. You must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years or older, and a DuPont Community Credit Union member at the time of entry.
3. No Purchase Necessary – An eligible participant may alternatively enter the Contest by hand printing the words “LiveTeller Contest” and their full name, address, daytime phone number (including area code), e-mail address, and date of birth, on a 3x5 inch card and mailing it to DuPont Community Credit Union, Attn: “LiveTeller Contest”, P.O. Box 1365, Waynesboro, VA 22980. Mail-in entries must be received by DuPont Community Credit Union by the end of the Contest. Proof of mailing or postmark do not constitute proof of delivery. DuPont Community Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage-due or illegible entries or mail. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. One mail-in winner per unique social security number. Limit one entry per eligible person per business day, regardless of method of entry. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and must identify the business day of the Contest Period for which the entry is submitted. To be eligible for a particular daily drawing, a mail-in entry must be received by the Sponsor before that drawing. A person may not receive more than one entry for the same business day by combining entry methods. Limit one prize per person during the Contest period.
4. DuPont Community Credit Union employees, management, volunteers, and their immediate families are not eligible for the contest.
5. Seventy-two (72) winners, 1 each business day, will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entrants throughout the Contest (one winner per unique social security number). Winners will be contacted by DuPont Community Credit Union via email and phone. Winners will receive the $100 prize through a deposit to their DuPont Community Credit Union main share savings account and are solely responsible for any personal tax liability arising out of this deposit. Winners first name and last initial will be listed on www.mydccu.com and could be included in social media posts. 

Participating in the Contest and Contest Prize

DuPont Community Credit Union will run the Contest beginning with LiveTeller transactions completed from 8:00 am ET on Thursday, October 1, 2026, to 7:00 pm ET on Thursday, December 31, 2026. To participate in the Contest, complete a LiveTeller transaction at a DCCU ATM during the Contest Period for an automatic entry. A total of seventy-two (72) winners will be chosen during the entirety of the Contest. Each winner chosen will receive $100.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of total eligible entries received. DuPont Community Credit Union has the right to end the Contest if there should be an unforeseen obstacle that inhibits the possibility to continue with the Contest. Once this happens, a notice will also be placed on the DuPont Community Credit Union website. Any complaints about Contest organization and conduct can be sent to DuPont Community Credit Union at feedback@mydccu.com with a heading “LiveTeller Contest”. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations apply. All disputes concerning the Contest will be resolved according to federal, state, and local law. By participating in the Contest, the participants give DuPont Community Credit Union the right to store participant names and contact details. The Sponsor may also list winners, first name and last initial, on its website and social media. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect prize entries. Sponsor is not responsible for errors and Sponsor may rescind, cancel, or revoke this Contest based on any factor outside of its reasonable control without liability at its sole discretion.

Specific Disclosures

Prize Description and Actual Retail Value: Each prize is a $100 cash deposit to the winner’s DuPont Community Credit Union main share savings account. The actual retail value of each prize is $100. 

Number of Prizes: 72 prizes will be awarded.

Odds: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
