Q: Am I still able to withdraw the cash I need?

A: Yes. We have made no changes to our funds' availability policies. You may continue to access your funds as you have in the past. Our ATMs and using a merchant’s cash back option also provides access to the cash you need.

Q: Can I still apply for a loan or open an account?

A: Yes. You can apply for a loan at mydccu.com, through Online Banking, the Mobile App, or by calling our Service Center at 800.245.8085. Also, you can open an account at mydccu.com.

Q: How do I make a payment on my loan?

A: You can make a loan payment through Online Banking, the Mobile App, at an ATM, by calling our Service Center at 800.245.8085, or at a drive-thru.

Q: I’m having a financial hardship, how can DCCU help me?
