DCCU Celebrates Graduates of New Leadership Program

As an organization committed to the personal and professional development of our employees, we recently celebrated the inaugural graduating class of the DCCU Leadership Impact Journey. This innovative program was designed to help current and future leaders enhance their skills, ignite purpose in others, and refine their leadership approach.

Participants engaged in rigorous training and development sessions exploring topics that will enhance their personal and professional growth. “During my journey in this program, I began feeling more empowered and confident in my leadership role,” said Retail Branch Manager, Amber Wright. “I walked away with several new resources that support my vision, goals, and most importantly, how I lead myself and my team with purpose.”

We recognize the important role professional development plays in overall employee engagement. Offering resources and programs such as the Leadership Impact Journey helps us support the growth of our employees as they help make a difference at DCCU. “I’m grateful to work for an organization that invests in all its employees and provides the support to help us become better than we were the day before!” said Retail Branch Manager, Kyle Scaife.

The DCCU Leadership Impact Journey is part of our continued investment in training and development and just one of the ways we demonstrate our commitment to our employees.

“We congratulate this group of leaders for their outstanding achievement in completing the Leadership Impact Journey,” said Chief Human Resource Officer, Jackie Cason. “Their commitment to personal and professional growth exemplifies the spirit of excellence that defines our cooperative,” added DCCU President/CEO, Steve Elkins.
