Economic Stimulus Payments

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has started sending Economic Impact Payments to eligible individuals, and DCCU has posted the first round of stimulus payments to member accounts.

DCCU does not have any information regarding missing payments, as we simply process the payments provided to us by the IRS. Please note that these payments are being sent by the IRS in batches over the coming weeks, and not all members will receive their funds at the same time.

If you are expecting payment and have not received a deposit, we encourage you to visit IRS.gov for more information. You can also check your account in Online Banking and the Mobile App, or you can sign up for Mobile Alerts to be notified when funds have posted to your account.

Below are answers to some commonly asked questions:

  • How can I check the status of my payment?
Visit the Economic Impact Payments web page provided by the IRS to check your payment status and add direct deposit information.
  • Why does the IRS.gov website say my status is not available?
DCCU does not have information regarding eligibility. Your eligibility status is determined by the IRS and can be viewed by visiting the Economic Impact Payment information center.
  • As a Social Security recipient, why have I not received my payment?
Because the IRS is sending payments in batches, your payment may be part of a later group. Please check the IRS website for updates on the status of your payment.
  • Why have I not received my stimulus payment if my tax refund was deposited into my account with no issue?
The IRS sent out the first round of stimulus payments this week, and there will be more deposits in the coming weeks. Please continue checking the IRS website for updates on your payment status.
