We all wish we had more time in our day, but we only have 24-hours to get it all done. In an effort to help you save time, DCCU offers a number of tools that provide convenient, secure access to your accounts.

  • Online Banking - Discover the convenience of banking from your computer any time. Balance your checkbook, transfer funds, and make payments when it’s convenient for you.
  • Bill Payer - Save money on checks and stamps by using Bill Payer to schedule payments electronically.
  • eStatements - No more waiting for your statement to arrive by mail, eStatements are sent to you electronically each month.
  • Text Banking - Quickly receive account information via text message.
  • Mobile Banking - From checking your balances to making a deposit, Mobile Banking is an easy way to access your account while on the go.

In addition to the electronic services noted above, DCCU also offers a few traditional ways to access your account information:

  • Our Call Center is open 7 am – 7 pm weekdays and from 9 am until Noon on Saturdays. You’d be amazed at what we can take care of over the phone so you don’t need to make a trip to an office.
  • ART (Audio Response Teller) is a touch-tone telephone system to retrieve balances, make loan payments, and transfer money 24-hours a day if you don’t have access to your PC.
  • ATMs are more than just a cash dispenser. Our ATMs accept check and cash deposits while providing you with an image of the check on your receipt for your records. No need to wait until the lobby/drive up is open to make that deposit; you can make it on your terms.

Online Banking

Online Banking Overview of Features

Check out “Alert Services” – important account notices you choose to receive via eMail. We will alert you of the following, depending on your preferences selected:

  • Daily balance update
  • Balance changes
  • Transaction alert
  • Loan payment reminders
  • Selected check clears

To manage your alerts simply log into Online Banking using the sign in box in the main menu above, click on “Alerts & Settings”, “Manage Alerts”, then select the alerts you wish to receive. Here are some tips when signing up for Online Banking:

  • Enter the information exactly as it appears on your DCCU account statement (found on your monthly statement).
  • The Primary Account Holder Name must consist of the first, middle, and last name.
  • Your eMail address must be on file at DCCU to sign up for Online Banking. Contact us to add/update the email address on your account.

Intuit Integration

DCCU savings and loans can be integrated with Intuit-supported versions of Quicken and QuickBooks using Web Connect, Express Web Connect, or Direct Connect. If you have questions about connecting your DCCU accounts within Intuit products, log into Online Banking, click on "Messages" and then "Compose New", and we will be glad to assist you.

Bill Payer

Stay on top of your finances by using Bill Payer to schedule payments electronically. With Bill Payer you can:

  • Save money on postage stamps
  • Save money and time not having to write checks
  • Feel secure knowing Bill Payer is in the same protected environment as Online Banking using the latest security features
  • Schedule one-time or recurring automatic monthly payments

Bill Payer is free with eStatements (also free) and only $6 a month without eStatements.

Sign up for Bill Payer in 3 Easy Steps:

  1. Sign in to Online Banking in the main menu above
  2. Click on “Pay Bills” on the menu at the top of Online Banking
  3. Review and accept the enrollment, and you’re ready to pay bills online!

eStatements

eStatements are monthly statements sent to you electronically, instead of being sent through the mail. You simply sign in to Online Banking in the main menu above and click on eStatements (if you do not have Online Banking, click here for more information on this free service).

  • Convenient – View your statements anywhere you have internet access, 24/7

  • No Paper Filing – Access ALL of your eStatements online (Up to 10 year history)

Sign up for FREE eStatements:

  • Sign in to Online Banking in the menu bar above
  • Click "E-Documents” on the menu at the top of Online Banking
  • Accept the disclosure
