Register

First-time users of online banking will need to register first. Click this link to register. You will then be asked to read and agree to the terms of the agreement. Finally, you will need to fill out the basic information of the Primary Account holder to connect to your account.

Balance Inquiry

Simply log into your Online Banking account to view account balances from the Accounts Summary screen.

Transfer Funds

Transfer Funds Between Savings and Checking Accounts 

  1. Select Transfer Funds followed by Make A Transfer from the upper right-hand menu.

  2. Choose the account from which the funds should be withdrawn. 
  3. Select the account where the funds will be deposited. 
  4. Enter the desired amount to be transferred. 
  5. Choose a scheduling option. 
  6. Click the Submit button. Online banking making a transfer

Transfer Funds to an External Account 

  1. Select Transfer Funds followed by Manage External Accounts. External account transfer in Online Banking
  2. To add a non-DCCU account, you need the financial institution's routing number, account number, and account type. Provide this information and click submit.External account transfer in Online Banking
  3. Once the external account has been established, follow the steps for transferring funds listed above.

Transfer Funds to Another Member

  1. Select Transfer Funds followed by Member-to-Member from the upper right-hand menu. Member to Member page in Online Banking
  2. Under the Add Another DCCU Account section, provide their M2M code or their account number and tap submit.Member to Member page in Online Banking
  3. Once the Member to Member account has been established, follow the steps for transferring funds listed above. 

Pay Bills

Pay virtually anyone or any company from your banking account with Bill Pay. You determine who you want to pay, when you want to make the payment, and which account you want the payment to come from. Pay bills, send funds to a non-DCCU account holder, and even pay your taxes. Bill Pay is secure, fast, and easy to use!

For first-time users, it's easy to enroll in Bill Pay. Just log in to Online Banking and click Bill Pay to access the short enrollment form. 

Bill Pay is free with eStatements (also free) and only $6 per month without eStatements.

  1. Select Pay Bills from the upper right-hand menu.Pay bills in online banking
  2. Click Payee button to add a new payeeAdd payee in online banking
  3. Enter the payment details for your selected payee (typically this information can be found on your latest bill statement) and select Pay. Edit payment details in online banking

Make Loan Payments

Make your DCCU loan payment as a one-time transfer or recurring payment. 

  1. Select Transfer Funds followed by Make a Transfer from the upper-right hand menu.

  2. Choose the account from which the funds should be withdrawn.
  3. Select the loan you would like to make a payment for. 
  4. Provide the payment amount to be paid. 
  5. Click the submit button. Transfer funds to loan

Review Account History

  1. Select View Accounts, Account Activity, View Activity. Online Banking view activity

  3. Select the date range you would like to view.

Direct Deposit

Accurate account numbers are essential to have a direct deposit post to your account. Follow these steps to access your account numbers. 

  1. Log in to your Online Banking account. 
  2. From the upper right-hand menu choose Alerts & Settings followed by Forms.Online Banking Screen
